Taipei, Taiwan (Merxwire) - Millitronic Co., Ltd., a professional wireless gigabit solution provider, today announced its new product, the Wi-Fi 6 Interactive Display Adapter. Equipped with the industry's latest Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) wireless networking technology, the Wi-Fi 6 Interactive Display Adapter delivers high-speed, bi-directional and low-latency wireless connectivity that replaces physical connections between computers and monitors or screens.
Once the Wi-Fi 6 Interactive Display Adapter is connected to an HDMI display, it can wirelessly transmit a Windows computer screen to the display. It can be used for both simultaneous display and extended desktop modes, allowing users to choose their output method to suit their actual needs. The most important feature of this wireless display adapter is that it supports bi-directional signal transmission. Users can plug in a keyboard and/or mouse to the adapter's USB port to operate applications on the computer. The Wi-Fi 6 Interactive Display Adapter also supports USB webcam connection for video conferencing. With support for touchback control, it allows users to control their computer remotely when the setup is combined with a touch panel equipped screen, which can fulfill the need for interactive wireless screen casting.
"The Wi-Fi 6 Interactive Display Adapter is aimed to provide high-speed wireless docking functionality to an external monitor or screen and can be used as an alternative to traditional laptop docking station, letting users get rid of the tangled mess of USB and HDMI cables between their computers and external monitors" said Chih-Min Lin, President of Millitronic, adding "In addition, this product allows data transmission either via peer-to-peer (P2P) for one-to-one device connection or via router for one-to-many connection. With support for one-to-many connection, a laptop can simultaneously connect to multiple display devices equipped with the Wi-Fi 6 Interactive Display Adapter units via Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi 6 Interactive Display Adapter is an ideal product for a wide range of environments where require distribution of content to multiple displays, such as business conference rooms, situation rooms and smart classrooms."
Millitronic's Wi-Fi 6 Interactive Display Adapter is the world's first wireless display solution that supports the latest Wi-Fi standard 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6), offering reliable wireless connection with Wi-Fi range of up to 20 meters.
